Do You Feel Unloved By Your Current Agency?

When a business and agency start working together, it may seem like an excellent collaboration, but some clients feel unloved by their agencies over time. Maybe the communication isn’t as excellent over time as it once was or that while they get the job done, they give limited suggestions as to how you make your business better using their services or suggesting alternatives - the list goes on.

We’ve made sure to learn from when talking to clients who may have come from other agencies and by checking in with our current clients about what’s important to them and how we can be the best agency we can possibly be.

A changing world shouldn’t mean a change in standards

When COVID-19 hit, one of our clients, in particular, needed us to pivot and deliver the essentials quickly - St John Ambulance Cymru. Before the pandemic, we were working with them to incorporate their new branding and create an unforgettable website that included clear user journeys to volunteer and donate. However, the urgency of this project changed dramatically within a few weeks as they were drafted in to support NHS Wales with the pandemic response - and our team were on hand to help. While, of course, it was challenging for everyone to adapt to such a huge change in terms of working from home, lockdowns and similar, we did not want to lower the standards that we pride ourselves on.

We delivered phase one of the projects and continue to have an excellent relationship with the team at St John Ambulance. Samantha Coles, Appeal Manager, St John Ambulance Cymru had this to say:

“We’ve worked with WebBox on a few websites and other digital projects to date. Since our initial contract with them to develop a celebratory microsite, we’ve continued to work with them due to our satisfaction with results and the service they offer. The team at WebBox work exceptionally hard from start to finish of any project, defining our requirements, meeting our objectives, our users’ needs and really bringing our vision to life. WebBox also provides expert aftercare and support, which is key to us as a client and charity who are continuously growing and evolving.”

Thanks to our excellent team, we were able to adapt as and when it was necessary - ensuring that along the way, we were talking to our clients, understanding their needs and supporting them with our knowledge, professional opinions and flexibility. This ensured that the project was up and running in a timely manner and matched their vision for the future of the service, even if it was just the start.

Being a part of your team and making a difference

At WebBox, we don’t want to be seen as ‘just an agency’, instead, we want to create a partnership and be an extension of your team - someone that you can rely on just as you would one of your internal departments. That’s why we work hard to get to know you, your business and your vision as we grow and work together.

After all, our motto is ‘User fixated. Client Obsessed.’ and we mean it. We love each of our clients and want to see them thrive. To do so, we make sure that we stick to our five core values: being; collaboratively creative, proactively ambitious, seriously skilled, relentlessly responsive, and brutally transparent. We believe that this is the way forward, and we will continue to work towards making sure that all of our clients feel the love.
