As we approach the end of 2025, it’s the perfect time to reflect on another busy, rewarding, and fast-moving year at WebBox. From embracing AI to speaking at events across the UK, launching successful websites, repositioning services, and celebrating a major birthday milestone, 2025 has been packed with memorable moments.

AI Continues to Shape the Way

How could we sum up 2025 without talking about AI? This year, AI has continued to transform how we deliver high-impact work for our clients. While we’re harnessing AI to streamline the mundane and repetitive tasks, rest assured that we remain firmly behind the wheel. Our team continues to focus on the high-value thinking, creativity, and strategic decision-making that drive results. Behind the scenes, we’ve been refining internal processes, uncovering new efficiencies, and finding smarter ways to generate insights and improve performance.

We also established our AI Working Group, bringing the team together each month to explore practical opportunities to enhance our output, elevate client experience, and introduce new ways of personalising website experiences. The result has been faster delivery, better-quality work, and more data-driven decisions across the board.

A Year of Seminars Across the UK

2025 marked our busiest in-person schedule since the pre-Covid era. We travelled the length and breadth of the UK, speaking to senior marketers across a range of sectors.

These sessions allowed us to share educational content, discuss emerging trends, and help organisations get more from their websites and marketing campaigns. It was brilliant to connect with so many teams and see such positive engagement throughout the year.

Webinars have been a core part of our content strategy since Covid, and their popularity continues to grow. In 2025, attendance reached its highest levels yet.

Celebrating 17 Years of WebBox

This year, we hit a milestone we’re incredibly proud of – our 17th birthday. Since 2008, we’ve been committed to delivering impactful digital experiences and continually improving the way we support our clients.

We celebrated with cake (of course!) and took the opportunity to reflect on how far we’ve come. With big plans already in motion for the years ahead, we’re excited for what the future holds.

Redefining “Relentlessly Responsive Support”

Many digital agencies talk about being responsive. Few live and breathe it the way we do.

In 2025, our average response time to support tickets reduced to 1h 27m, representing a 138% year-on-year improvement. This achievement reflects our genuine commitment to being there when our clients need us most.

We also strengthened our client support function by promoting Jack to Client Success Manager, ensuring our clients receive an even more proactive and personalised level of service.

Evolving Our Services to Deliver More Value

This year, we launched and repositioned several of our services to meet the changing needs of our clients.

Our Conversion Insights service has helped organisations uncover what’s really happening on their websites and identify opportunities to improve performance. Meanwhile, our Consultative services have provided clients with the expertise and strategic direction they need to navigate fast-paced digital challenges.

These updates form part of our wider commitment to helping organisations grow through smarter digital thinking.
