How we will monitor user’s behaviour on your website
We start by integrating Hotjar with your website and ensuring that you have the correct tracking and events in place using GA4. This integration allows us to track unlimited heatmaps and record user sessions, capturing essential data on user interactions. Additionally, we may create a survey that will appear to website users to gather their direct feedback. We also recommend updating your Privacy Policy to state that Hotjar is being used.
What insights will we gather
We aim to gather a range of comprehensive data during the 30-day tracking period, including:
- Heatmaps to visualise user engagement, identify areas of high and low interaction, and track how far users scroll down key pages
- Recordings of user sessions to understand navigation patterns and pain points
